The idea of buying a car sight unseen from Minnesota was initially alien to me but the indoor facility shown on the web site, the photo presentation of the car and the price all enticed me to explore further. In Jim I found a luxury car professional who understood my nervousness, provided comforting references (including his bankers and Carfax) and behaved with integrity throughout the process. The car was everything and more it was presented to be, the attention to detail (plastic interior coverings as well as a throw away floor mat for shipping purposes) was excellent. As my wife likes to say I bought my 2003 Porsche Carrera, sight unseen while stationed in Baghdad, Iraq, I wouldn't go that far however. What I did find in dealing with Matt and Crosstown Luxury Motors was a fabulous inventory of late model, low mileage cars with very competitive pricing. I looked around for several months on the web and followed up on over 50 Porsche's, but this 2003 C-2 kept floating to the top. Maybe it was the low mileage, maybe the ability to followup on the car's history myself, or maybe it was the confidence I felt when dealing with Matt, but whatever it was I did make the move to buy the car while still in Baghad. Matt worked the shipping arrangements and my wife picked up the car near our home in Anapolis, MD five days before I returned myself. The car was spotless, without blemish, not like new but for all intents and purposes was NEW! The car is everything I hoped for and more! I will cerainly look to Crosstown Luxury Motors for my future automoble purchases.

If you are hesitating, don't. Crosstown provided me with a best ever car buying experience despite 1500 miles and an international border. The car was even better than its description and Matt and Jim were a pleasure to work with, especially given the additional h#@*%!les that importing a car can present. They were just great, the car is a gem, and I can't imagine I will ever go anywhere else.

There is always a certain amount of apprehension in buying a vehicle from out of state. Crosstown put that apprehension to rest and proved it can be a pleasant purchasing experience.
