Vick was alwasy extremely helpful, prompt and accurate with all of my inquiries and quick to return my phone calls. I made several requests after the purchase regarding ipod integration, new set of user manuals and oversize tires and Vick was always quick to #@*%!ist me. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Crosstown Luxury Motors.

Very pleased with the sales and after-sales support. Had a few minor issues arise after receiving and driving the car; Vick and Jim were quite reasonable in helping me resolve them. Lots of places do good point of sale work, but aftercare makes all the difference! When Vick Singh described his highline clean car dealership, I initially thought this is just more sales talk. I ended up driving to buy my car with a trade. Everything Vick told me on the phone was true. He honored all of his statements! The car I bought was lowest priced in the nation and was very clean. What a terrific experience! I bought the car online,
after reading all of the testimonials and reflecting on the great price and the photos of the car. Then I flew to the dealership. Matt picked me up at the airport. What a cl#@*%! act. He, as well as his dealership. The car is everything and more than I could have hoped for. I am having Matt look for another for me. What a grand pleasure to acquire an automobile in this way. What a break from the 'normal' car buying experience.

I have never bought a vehicle on-line before. It turns out that it was far easier than going to my local dealer! I asked matt about the condition of the car beyond what the photos on the website showed, and he grabbed the cordless phone and did a real-time walkaround, describing the condition of the vehicle in detail.
At delivery, the condition was frankly even better than he had described. Even the delivery guy was super professional. Bottom line, a great Lexus at a great price. Very satisfied!
