after reading all of the testimonials and reflecting on the great price and the photos of the car. Then I flew to the dealership. Matt picked me up at the airport. What a cl#@*%! act. He, as well as his dealership. The car is everything and more than I could have hoped for. I am having Matt look for another for me. What a grand pleasure to acquire an automobile in this way. What a break from the 'normal' car buying experience.

I have never bought a vehicle on-line before. It turns out that it was far easier than going to my local dealer! I asked matt about the condition of the car beyond what the photos on the website showed, and he grabbed the cordless phone and did a real-time walkaround, describing the condition of the vehicle in detail.
At delivery, the condition was frankly even better than he had described. Even the delivery guy was super professional. Bottom line, a great Lexus at a great price. Very satisfied!

The idea of buying a car sight unseen from Minnesota was initially alien to me but the indoor facility shown on the web site, the photo presentation of the car and the price all enticed me to explore further. In Jim I found a luxury car professional who understood my nervousness, provided comforting references (including his bankers and Carfax) and behaved with integrity throughout the process. The car was everything and more it was presented to be, the attention to detail (plastic interior coverings as well as a throw away floor mat for shipping purposes) was excellent.
